(3) “Met” means that there are NO issues and few if any concerns related
to meeting the indicator of the standard in the mind of the person filing
the report

(2) “Substantially Met” means that there are FEW ISSUES OR CONCERNS
that may be cited and found verifiable by the peer reviewers

(1) “Partially Met” means that there are MORE issues or concerns than
are acceptable, relative to this indicator in the mind of the person filing
the report.

(0)“Not Presently Met” means that there is NO COMPLIANCE related to
meeting the indicator of the standard in the mind of the person filing the
survey... Not meeting an indicator of the standard MUST become part of
the school improvement program for the next six-year period.

Survey takers should understand that indicating “Partially Met” is entirely
acceptable when filing the survey report
